The 1st MedILS Summer School of "Creating Interdisciplinary Research projects" will take place in the Mediterranean Institute for Life Sciences, Split, Croatia between 31st of July and 11th of August. The summer school, set in the inspiring new Mediterranean Institute for Life Sciences at the shore of Split, intends to assemble free spirited students and researchers from broad scientific backgrounds to conceive creative projects at the interface with Life Sciences.

The School is open for all post graduates (M.Sc., Ph.D. post-docs) from Social sciences, Philosophy, Medicine, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Sciences, Physics or Math interested in taking part in our unique project centered on fostering new approaches to Living systems.
