no problem, you go to your control panel/create content and select "create a group".
please take some time to explain clearly what is the group for and what kind of content you would like to share.
This will be instrumental to gather the good folks you're aiming at reaching.

You could also browse WAYS member profiles(starting with chemistry as a key word) and contact selected members to ask for active participation.
