The upcoming launch of WAYS-ROA is a good start for young scientists in Africa. We are faced with several peculiar problems such as infrastracture and mentorship dearth.Africans are intelligent and talented. Given the right environment and leadership, great thing will begin to happen.We can also solve many of the developmental problems of our nations without necessarily using foreign models or methods.We can consider using the age limit of 45 because of the late entry of Africans into research. Working togather, we achieve much more.Whatever is believed can be done.
