Indeed the importance of skill in proposal writing can not be underestimated. It is for this reason that the WAYS-AFRICA executive board is floating the idea of organising a work shop on the same aboard a cruise ship appropriately called the 'Scholar' Ship sometime in february 2008 either in Cassablanca or Cape Town. Other issues to be discusses may incluse ICT skills, effective Journal writing skills etc. Details will be posted later, keep looking.
