Nice points...

I feel a bit of tension between the biologist (DNA guru) and the chemistry people. I think that in order for things to be more habiltable, they need to learn from one another. On one side, there are those interested in finding rules and abiding by them... Interestingly, there is a random comment about lawyers (who also follow rules, but also look for the loopholes), yet the rules, as we see are not necessarily applicable all the time. We make models to try to understand things and this works quite well for closed systems (chemistry), but when the variables are increasingly inifinite it is hard to say which variable can be minimized to zero (acknowledging it, but applying calculus) and determining the 'most important' factor that contributes to an effect. Just as habitats change, so does DNA. (See: http://www.wepuble.eu/discuss/future%2C-changing-human-genome-wi...)

Thanks for posting these comments. I like the way the conversation has been going. The condensed version with quotes was great.
