this is very shame ful activity of Dutch Ministry of education and it shows antagonizim towards young scientist of Iranian. it is beyond to my concieve why students of Iran are not welcome at the Technical University Twente in the town of Enschede. while it is fact that knowledge increase with its diffusions .
