To be brief, medicinal chemistry is a new drug discovery and invention, which requires a wide range of applications. Therefore, a solid foundation for medicinal chemistry development should be created, in order to obtain new chemical entity development of new medicines. Certainly, such view is merely personal opinion, meaning such issue still demands more efforts.
