Abstract for posters and oral presentations must be submitted electronically through the e-mail. A template, to which all abstracts must confirm, is available at the website ( www.mans.edu.eg ): abstracts not conforming to the format or length of the template will be rejected. Upon acceptance of the abstract, the session organizer will assign contribution to oral or poster presentation.

The next International "Water and Film" Events will be held from 18 to 21 March 2009 in Istanbul, during the 5th World Water Forum, with the overall theme of "Water, People and Sustainable Development"

Participants in the 5th World Water Forum will be able to attend the screenings and debates held with the directors in the Citizen's House for Water and its "Fountains of Knowledge" area.

The Citizen's House for Water and this presentation area will be located at the site of Water Forum itself.

The Taibah International Chemistry Conference (TICC-2009)

The Taibah International Chemistry Conference (TICC-2009) will take place in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah from March 23 -25, 2009. The event is organized by the Department of Chemistry, Taibah University. Saudi Arabia.

The key objective of the TICC-2009 is to provide opportunities for academics, researchers and industrialists to interact, exchange ideas, discuss the contemporary research topics. Special sessions will focus on the recent advances in the fields of nanotechnology and new functional materials design and synthesis.

The conference will provide the members of the Chemistry Department of Taibah University the opportunity to chart possible scientific collaborations with their visiting peers. Participants from the Saudi Arabia chemical manufacturers will present the industry progress and future developments.
