&lt;p&gt;The Neuroimaging Laboratory at the Department of Psychiatry,&lt;br /&gt;
Friedrich-Schiller-University of Jena is inviting applications from&lt;br /&gt;
post-doctoral / experienced researchers in neuroimaging. We are seeking a&lt;br /&gt;
dedicated scientist with previous research experience in MR imaging, esp. with&lt;br /&gt;
regards to fMRI experiment set-up and data analysis. The applicant should be&lt;br /&gt;
familiar with standard software like SPM or FSL and proficient in applying&lt;br /&gt;
these for statistical analyses of (event-related) fMRI series. Programming&lt;br /&gt;
skills (matlab / C++) as well as stimulus display software (e.g. presentation)&lt;br /&gt;
confer an advantage. We welcome applications from graduates in psychology,&lt;br /&gt;
engineering, medicine, as well as any other related fields.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The post is initially offered for 1.5 years, an extension being subject to&lt;br /&gt;
progress. The work will mainly involve data analysis (fMRI and/or morphometry)&lt;br /&gt;
on projects involving the functional and structural basis of schizophrenia,&lt;br /&gt;
focussing on a large sample of twins and an ongoing twin study.&lt;br /&gt;
The basic salary offered (Marie Curie rate) is 48.786 € per year (pre-tax, i.e.&lt;br /&gt;
including employer&#039;s contribution to social security), plus a mobility&lt;br /&gt;
allowance of 6.228 € per year (single) or 9.964 € per year (married), an annual&lt;br /&gt;
travel allowance, and (if applicable) a single career exploratory award. &lt;/p&gt;
