Between 2004 and 2009 I did a double french-spanish degree program which gave me the degrees "Licenciatura Química" (equivalent to a US BSc in Chemistry) in the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM), "Ingénieur ECPM" (equivalent to a US MSc in Chemistry) in the European Engineering School of Chemistry, Polymers and Material Science of Strasbourg (ECPM) and the "Master en Chimie Moléculaire et Supramoléculaire" (equivalent to a US MSc in Molecular and Supramolecular Chemistry) of the Strasbourg University (UdS).
In 2008 I moved to Switzerland to do an internship in the Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research in order to synthesize new PTH releasing compounds for the treatment of osteoporosis and in 2009 I went back to Spain to do another research in the Natural Products and Helical Polyarenes Laboratory of the UAM in order to study the stereochemistry of the reductive cyclization of γ-hydroxy-δ-sulfinylketones.
I am currently doing a joint PhD on the “Hierarchical Organization of Supramolecular Materials for C60-Based Photoactive Devices” under the supervision of Pr. Jean-François Nierengarten (UdS) and Nazario Martín University Complutense of Madrid.
