I am an Assistant Professor in Biochemistry from North-Eastern Hill University, India. Our laboratory is working on the identification and molecular characterization of parasitic proteins of chemotherapeutic importance to elucidating how expression of various genes are modulated during various pathophysiological conditions leading to establishment of diseased states. In another project we are interested in the functional proteomics of RNA Polymerase II interacting proteins.
